We will discuss the state, IR theories, Political Economy, Human Security, which includes HRL, IHL, Genocide, R2P, terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, technology and the environment. The seminar is designed to be interactive, so expect to have and give an opinion, and to respect others who may have a different understanding because of their context and experiences.
